It's a typical older folks resturant. Very hard to find this kind of new England style food. They have lobster pie and baked haddock. New England style with cracker crumbs!! And prime rib. Also they have the early bird special which serves soup and apps. To desert! Which are all included for one price!
You don't have to wait . Plenty of good service. The appetizers or pass around come right out. Great food.
Waitress called out, staff short, waited for everything!.....drinks, all apps served just as main course was being delivered, main course, desserts and coffee, the check. First time I was a little disappointed going there. Usually very pleased with this place!
When for lunch. Had fried clams special (medium size clams) very good. Lots of specials with 2 sides. Great deserts. My hubby had turkey dinner was it good. We will be returning again. Good service.
I attended a group function at Angelica's today. The room was beautiful. We had a Continental breakfast which was good. Following our meeting, we had lunch with either roasted stuffed chicken breast or baked haddock. Both were served with green beans with almonds and roasted red potatoes. The meals were very good, portions ample, and quick service. They also served salad and apple crisp. The price was very reasonable.
