This company does not stand behind their work. My lawn is dying, it has big dead spots everywhere. The company that cuts my lawn said they think it's the fertilizer that was put down by Prescription Turf. I have been calling all Prescription Turf all week but their phones just ring, no voicemail. I went to their website and sent numerous emails asking if someone could please come out to look at my lawn. I did get a telephone call back in the beginning, unfortunatley I wasn't home, saying we want to talk to you about your service instead of saying, yes we will send someone out to see what the problem is please call and let us know when it is okay. Now all their phones are disconnected. I have nowhere to turn and my lawn looks like hell. I have paid them a ton of money for their total lawn care and I feel totally ripped off.
