Everything at Middleton Family Medicine Urgent Care is phenomenal. The staff are friendly, quick, well educated, super helpful, and accommodating. The office is super clean, everything they use is high-end technology that utilizes the best ways to conduct exams and then to have that information available to the patient through their online patient portal accesible anywhere one has internet is great. I highly recommend this office for all your healthcare needs.
Longest wait has been a maximum of 20 minutes. I see Dr Dana Mann she's wonderful, very thorough and takes her time. Dr Mann clearly cares about her patients, invests her time in making sure your comfortable with her and she is completely hands on... she calls you if there's any issue. I can't say enough about her and the over all practice.... the staff is wonderful and so is the other physicians I can't say enough about this group they are a true gem in a horrific Healthcare crisis.... I actually was hesitant to even speak out and rate them for I would be devastated if they get sacked in by the giant health care conglomerates
As usual, thorough q&a's regarding current statuses with caring attention... Dr. Michael Yoon. The staff seems to be getting much better at responding to calls quicker without having to wait as long. Not sure if technology has something to do with it but communication appears to be so much better than a year ago.
My Experience was completely different than any previous visit to a Doctor. Going to a doctor has always felt like a chore. At Middleton Family Medicine I was immediately made comfortable. The intake process was effortless. I was apprehensive about seeing a female Doctor at first. I met Dr. Melissa Wright and it seemed I was talking to a close friend that I have known for years, instead of this new doctor. Her level of understanding of "me" was above expectation. Because of that I fully trust her course of treatment. I would highly recommend going here if you are a person who finds yourself second guessing things. You will leave rest assured you are in qualified compassionate hands.
Dr Allara is not just my Dr but also my sons. We just had our first child this week and Dr Allara had been to the hospital every morning to check in on him. We had a little mild scare and he was fantastic at keeping my husband and I calm throughout the entire experience. His practice has a vast amount of options for patients which I love. If it's nothing serious I love to see the RN for the common colds and checkups. I don't mind seeing Dr Allara when I feel it's more serious or urgent care needed. His staff is so helpful I usually see Nurse Kate and she is very thorough. I highly recommend this practice.
