Went to get my brakes done was taken great care of by Kyle he was very respectful and helpful on explaining what was going on with my brakes! I was visiting Andover, MA from New York City with my family. The power steering hard line on our 2008 Camry broke and we were almost 4hrs from home and needed a vehicle. We were also leaving in a couple days. I found Essex County Auto on a Google search, saw all the positive reviews and I'm glad to say they were spot on!
