It seems to be short-staffed most of the time that can be very irritating. Although very friendly I don't blame the staff I blame the Staffing
Went this morning and woman at the window ran my card and not the coupon I had. Then said "thanks for the coupon" as I was leaving. Wow.
My favorite dunkin. I go there every am for my coffee and I don't even have to tell them my coffee anymore. Staff is very attentive and it's a friendly place to go.
Hopefully they get it right cause when they do.. oooowwweeeeee!
This is a consistent mess every time I go. Without question they will mess up I'll bet money on it . And here is an idea. Maybe don't play games inside. And actually wait on customers . We can see u thru the window having a great time. All laughs smiles and messing up orders. Good to enjoy ur job. But don't play games with eachother while ur waiting on ppl.
